BRAND COLLABORATIONS

I collaborate with food brands close to my heart, in various capacities: develop recipes, film content, or create bespoke dishes. Some of the brands i’ve worked with include: Kikkoman, Tilda, Lee Kum Kee, Gousto, Ocado, Sainsbury’s.

Wagamama x Shu: Sometimes, my recipes and ideas come to life not just in words, but in a tangible, edible bowl. I worked with Wagamama’s exec chef to develop Shu’s Shiok Chicken. We soft launched it at their test site in Soho in 2019 and enough people liked it (sales topped their signature Katsu Chicken one day), so it was rolled out across all sites nationwide. In 2021, the vegan version of the dish Shu’s Shiok Jackfruit was introduced.

You can now find the dish permanently on menus across the UK, US and on Deliveroo.
